RIN HIRYU memeriksa nadi pesakit lelaki yang sedang terbaring lemah di katil. Di sebelahnya, seorang wanita yang lengkap berpakaian jururawat sedang sibuk mencatat sesuatu di atas buku nota kecilnya. Sesekali Rin memberi pencerahan mengenai tindakannya kepada jururawat yang bernama Julia itu. Selesai memeriksa pesakit tersebut, Rin menyuruh Julia dengan dibantu dengan ketua jururawat, Ayu untuk memberikan ubat kepada pesakit itu. Selesai sahaja melakukan rutin hariannya, melawat pesakit - pesakit yang berada di dalam wad, Rin bergegas ke blok akhir yang menempatkan pesakit yang terdiri daripada pelajar - pelajar sekolah tinggi. Oleh kerana hospital di tempatnya bekerja kekurangan doktor pakar sepertinya, makan Rin telah diletakkan di kedua buah blok yang berbeza. Begitu juga dengan beberapa orang kakitangan yang sepatutnya hanya bekerja di kawasan blok utama, tetapi turut sama menerima nasib seperti Rin. SHIN terbaring lemah di lantai bersama darah pekat yang mengalir keluar dari mulutnya. Tubuhnya sudah kehabisan tenaga untuk bangkit menahan Joel daripada terus menjadi liar. Matanya dapat menangkap imej Ren yang turut sama terbaring di lantai dengan wajah yang dipenuhi lebam. HAHAHA !
